Terms of Business


1. Company Details:

2. Deposit Requirements:

For audio restoration services with a duration exceeding two (2) days, a 50% deposit is required upfront upon the commencement of the project. For projects with a duration less than two (2) days, no deposit is required.


3. Payment Terms:

All clients must settle the balance due on any invoice upon receipt. The Company does not offer any alternative payment terms. Viewing copies for approval will be provided, but no files will be delivered until full payment is received.


4. Ownership and Usage Restrictions (Applicable Before Payment):

a. Before full payment is received, the Client agrees that the work completed by the Company may not be:

i. Reproduced, duplicated, or copied for any purpose.
ii. Broadcast, transmitted, or exhibited in any form.
iii. Distributed or shared with third parties.


5. Delivery of Final Files:

Final files will be delivered to the Client promptly upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received in its entirety, the Company retains the right to withhold the delivery of files.

6. Miscellaneous:

a. This Agreement, while not a legal document, constitutes the understanding between the Company and the Client. It supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

b. Any amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.



Please note that these terms are not intended to be a formal legal contract but rather a mutual understanding of the terms under which business transactions will be conducted between the Company and its clients. By conducting business with Lowe Frequency Limited, trading as Film Sound Restoration, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
